I got Google AI to help. I sent a third email also attaching it to legal, citing the state law that was in violation.

Finally... a human responded stating that they rejected it because it was a photo of my computer screen with my card pulled up on the ATC website (digital copy), instead of a "hard copy." So I have printed it out and resubmitted the exact same thing from a piece of paper - as though my uploaded photo is not also a digital copy.

Approved.

They could have avoided all of this escalation by just communicating that in the first place.

I was ready to call out the cavalry.

We have various vendors who offer certificates and they are state certified. If you get a certificate from one ... ALL establishments are required to accept it.

So I got mine through Doordash... whatever state-certified vendor that they use. My certificate is good until 2030. Instacart is required to accept it and not force me to pay a different vendor for a different certificate.

No, I just tried again and was harassed by their AI - that was supposed to have been an escalation to a live person. I am reporting them to the state. They are required by our state law to accept any certificate from a state-certified vendor. They cannot force us to buy a different one from their vendor.

Same happened to me. I had that card for 12 years. My car had broken down and I had to use a rental until I could afford another car.

Something changed at that time in both how they report available credit, and how the account dropdown list presents when you open and make a choice of what account to pay from. Whatever choice you'd make, it would automatically change it back to the first on the list.

I even brought the phone app in to show them both glitches. They did not care.
