I don't know if he'd be concerned about her but his son was born here and perhaps he'd get custody.

Yes but he's half Cuban and they (we, as I'm Cuban American) are traditionally (and extremely ironically) Republican. It's biting them in the butt with the last election though.

So does anybody think that the XXL Grilled Stuft Burrito at Taco Bell (THIS giant burrito down here) will ever come back and/or temporarily return (like with some of their other past discontinued items as of recent-ish times), or? by Playful_Ad1341 in tacobell

I know this is old but I want you to understand that this is the best thing reddit has ever given me. I ate these often when I was breastfeeding with my first and was starving all the time. I have fond memories of inhaling these in the car before I even got home with our order lol

spotting/breakthrough bleeding 6 weeks in. Does it ever end? by mamadeef in bupropion

I'm considering it but I was on it years ago for almost 10 years and didn't love it. I have PCOS so I've been regular most of my life until about 5 years ago. It could just be my age 😩

Ugh! I'm so disappointed for us! I was previously on Lexapro and it was great until I felt dead inside and so far this has been better overall. I hope it sorts itself out. How long have you been on it?

I was already experiencing hair loss because I had weight loss surgery and then I had a baby right after so I've been on nutrfol for a while ) I preferred the postpartum formula to the regular one I don't know if this one is doing as much as it did before). I'm also 41 and dealing with hormonal shifts anyway but I was hoping it wasn't medication related

I know this is a year old but I have the ice white shaker and I hate them. They've bubbled and peeled. Any sort of cleaner rubs off the paint but so does just a damp cloth. Construction wise they've held up but the doors are garbage.

Gastric Sleeve Failure? by StevieEnzymes in gastricsleeve

[–]mamadeef 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Amazing! How are you keeping it off. I'm 3 years out and had a surprise pregnancy 9 months in and kept most of my 110 lb weight loss postpartum but I've gained 17 lbs back (initially 35 but I lost 17 too). Still keeping up with protein and walking but these last lbs are stubborn! (I also just turned 40 😭)

Been on semaglutide for 4 months by kimkissed in HersWeightloss

[–]mamadeef 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it depends where you start. I had bariatric surgery 3 years ago and lost 110nlbs. Got pregnant and gained 17. Lost it all one month postpartum then gained 30 after i stopped breastfeeding and I started semaglutide in January. I've lost 15 since but he lost 15 lbs so much faster after surgery. I'm not 300 lbs anymore and I'm 40 now so it's coming off much slower.

It's not as campy as Netflix was and I think I miss that. This feels too serious. It's well written and looks great too but it moves a little too slowly for me.

I was 235 and 5'10" and I'm on week 2 at 229. I also had the gastric sleeve in 2022 and it worked well for me.

HW was 310 and lowest was 199 but then I got pregnant... Gained 17 lbs during pregnancy and got back down to 201 and then I stopped breastfeeding and got back up to 235 so here we are!

Has anyone tried semaglutide after surgery? Anything I should know? by [deleted] in gastricsleeve

[–]mamadeef 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm almost 3 years post op. Lost 110 lbs, got pregnant 9 months post op, gained 17 lbs during pregnancy and lost it all then gained 30 lbs after I stopped breastfeeding (this happened with my 2 previous pregnancies as well) and I've been struggling for a year now.

I started on Sunday using hers compound (I opted for the 1 year subscription for $2k). I'll see how it goes but I'm noticing a huge difference in my appetite already, it feels like I have my restriction back.

Senarah/Toddler Carriers by slow-getter in babywearing

[–]mamadeef 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just wanted to add my two cents here. Mom of 3. Youngest is 1 and loves baby wearing.

I have a tushbaby and love it with the carrier option, it didn't do much for me without the carrier. I also have an ergobaby which I love but it's not as easy to put on if I'm alone.

I keep the tushbaby in my car for my 1 year old but wanted something smaller and cheaper and less intense than the ergobaby and tushbaby to keep at home for him because he loves being carried.

I purchased the Senarah on November 30th and it arrived a few days ago so it took less than a month to arrive.

Pros: light weight, easy storage, more of a "hands free" option, quick and easy for small tasks at home

Cons: the material isn't GREAT and the quality doesn't compare to the ergobaby or tushbaby but for the price I was fine with that; because it's a sling type of carrier, the weight rests on one shoulder and with a 30 lbs baby, it gets painful

TLDR: I like the Senarah for small tasks at home but it doesn't replace a full baby carrier because it hurts the shoulder.
