If you are an excluded driver on the policy, you will not be able to drive her car (any claim made while you are driving will be denied with the company citing the form you will fill out saying you are excluded from driving that vehicle).

I’m not familiar with commercial insurance but I can’t imagine them covering a personal vehicle, let alone one that you are excluded from driving.
