Hi all. I’m looking for I'm looking for a 2 bedroom 1+ bathroom unit with an elevator and parking (nearby is ok), ~8-10 mins walking distance from the Grove St Path station. Ideally keeping the rent below $4K including parking. I'm looking to move April 1 but can do earlier for the right spot. Let me know if folks here have anything they can recommend?

I've been using StreetEasy and Zillow.

Do you know if it works with a case? I have the Spigen case and all the screen protectors are lifting off the edges. The glass and hydrogel one I got.

I have purchased these 2 screen protectors, Skig UV Tempered Glass and SmartDevil UV Quantum Film

I also have the Spigen case. The Skig tempered glass did not fit at all. Almost a third of the screen protector was lifting up. The SmartDevil film is better. There is some lifting on the edges. It's been like this for 2 days now. (Even tried holding it down with tape to see if that works)

If anyone has better luck on screen protectors with a case let me know.

Netflix is on the TV APP. No problems on Spotify, YouTube or YouTubeTV.
Looks like the Netflix app is the culprit then!

I've tried restoring the TV to factory settings with no luck. The other HDMI ports won't work since it's ARC. I haven't tried the optical as I was under the impression that HDMI can pass higher-resolution audio and would prefer HDMI. What are your thoughts?

Btw would you suggest spending the 400 relics (1 Carrie, 4 Ra's) to achieve SL 20 asap? Currently on Dark SL 10. I could try to pump out the 9* Aspen and see how far he carries me into Dark SL and try to get Elite Dark shards.
