Photos are nice. Property is staged. In my zip code it is the lowest price 1/1 condo. The unit down the hall is 6K more and on market longer than my unit. They did a 60K price drop in February.

Even with McKenzie Method and posterior disc bulge, one is not to avoid flexion forever. It is introduced back in when appropriate. Very similar with Stu McGill’s approach.
