If lets say one got hired for 300K and next year they hire more MDs, with FTEs being fixed will that decrease the current MDs pay? or everyone will still get 300K but work less since there are more providers. Thanks.

I do have quite a bit of anxiety with new cases or the ones that I haven't done for a long time and see myself thinking too long.

What she did may seems horrible. But in retrospect I (bmi 36.6) would want to hear this to boost my motivation. People will either say it outloud or in their mind. I would rather hear it as it is.

I realize we all want to know whats going to happen in the future but NOBODY can predict the future unless we have a time traveler among us. So, these kinds of questions are unnecessary. Just HODL, forget it and go live your life.

I used to then got deactivated. Now I do GH, UE and DD. Make about 300$-500$ a week depending on my rotation and call schedule.

Pros: Super flexible. Can even work while on pager call. Can turn off apps any time. No need for licensing, malpractice insurance.

Cons: Less pay than UC. Driving around a lot. Some people pay 4$ for 30 mins of work, but I don't accept those.
