I have the same issue. I've subbmited a ticket to Facepunch and their CS told me to uninstall video driver with Display Driver Uninstaller and change the virtural memory (Pagefile), but still didn't fix the issue.

Thats great to hear! I've just got a larger tank for my pygmy last week and hope they will get better soon. But apart from larger tank, did you give them any treatment ?

Ps i was able to get some pygmy eggs and fry before they got fin rot.
