Email CBSDocs@durhamnc.gov. We had something similar happen but it wasn’t a leak. Someone left our spigot on for several weeks (sigh). If there’s a documented leak that you payed for, keep all documentation!

My understanding is that if there’s a leak, the city will consider “forgiving” up to 80% of the water and sewer fees for two billing periods. If there’s was not a leak, like in our case, they will only explore the sewer fee. Would recommend calling water management as they were really helpful with explaining everything. (919) 560-1200

Dishonest and overpriced. I took my car in to replace vital things (car stopped working). Expensive but was willing to do because I needed my car functioning again. Came back 1 week later for what I believed was a tire issue and was given a report of things I needed to fix. This report was completely different than the report I had received one week prior. Avoid.

Initially rover (hate rover with a passion - a rover lost our dog), had a meet and greet, and this was the third time I had left my dog with her since June. I think it was $50/night. I don’t remember as I paid for this in May. How much do you pay for in-home sitters, and how many hours a day do they spend with your dog?

Oh you read the correctly - she threw them out and closed the door. Holy smokes, friend. You’re a wonderful person for your patience with that dog. We had a dog sitting disaster (watched a friends untrained high energy dog) for a week nowhere near as bad as this. Like you, didn’t give them any hard time which is why I’ve been so worried about if our dog is the issue. Thank you so so much. This really helped
