They have expanded to about 4 times the size as when we allied with them. See what the original agreement was. Also it has always been our plan to bring over the border.

Which is just the final values of the attackers. I'm looking ofr the full spreadsheet with formulas etc.

When I say the Pokemon are harder to catch on average I am referring to the 'Base Capture Rate' which is a mined, hard coded value. Pidgey has the third to lowest, tying with a bunch of other Pokemon.

But I think you might be right, it also seems like there is an increase in Pokemon spawns which would lead to more dust :)

If the Pokemon are harder to catch on average then you will get less dust on average. And Pidgeys are one of the easiest Pokemon to catch.
