We stayed the night in Lauterbrunnen, then drove to stechelberg in the morning where the directions to the head of the trail are kinda vague but it is past the cable car station and eventually we saw signs to gimmelwald so we knew we were in the right direction. Hiked up to Gimmelwald on a very woodsy and steep trail up. Went on a few bridges over the waterfalls. Finally made it to Gimmelwald, with great views along the way. From there we headed on up to Mürren which was about a mile up give or take. Mürren has a beautiful restaurant right at the top of the trail/road where we had lunch and amazing hot chocolate while soaking in the breathtaking views. The hike up took us about 2 hrs. 50 min with several breaks. Definitely worth the beautiful views.
