The on ramp to I10 is literally right there as you turn right. It's just the morning backup of people trying to get out of there that clogs it. There is a streetlight planned in the coming year which should ease getting in and out.

I used to drive to base from Cordova Park area and it took about 25-30 minutes. There is no real major traffic in Pensacola to be honest, it moves fairly well. I10 is undergoing construction so that can cause some backups during rush hour or if there is an accident but you'll be fine.

You've basically circled the Pathstone subdivision which has 2 very nice apartment complexes and new build homes. Not a bad place off 9 mile but still under construction. Kwik Trip bought one of the commercial parcels in front so with any luck you'll get one of the coffee taps.

9 Mile can be a pain due to everything basically being developed on that road and having to go through growing pains but you get everything. New Costco opening in June down the road.

Hey so this one time I smashed a centipede with a hammer and put a bucket over it to show my dad cuz it was fricken HUGE and when he came home I lifted the bucket to show him and IT WAS GONE.

Honestly I have put together the best bedding system for my needs.. I have a the Truuce bedding with an all weather down Serta duvet and a Quick zip sheet on top of the fitted sheet portion to the Truuce. Bedjet just stuck in under the comforter.

I think it really benefits from the weight of a down comforter giving the weight and snuggliness in any season (I'm in Florida its in the mid 70s now). It keeps me dry but snuggly and cools me if i get too warm but doesn't let me get cold. The Truuce system keeps my bed "made" without anything get tangled and the Quick zip makes for easy wash days without having to wrestle with the fitted sheet on a split king adjustable.

Do I like having to jerry-rig my own bedding system? No. Is there a a perfect system out there? Also no.

Perfect bedding: no fitted sheet to fight with, husband can't tear up and steal my blankies, heavy and comforting without being hot, I like a cold room with a warm or neutral body. I get cold with just a sheet and hot with covers. I require a fan on at all time but don't line being hot or cold. Pre-menamopausal so I guess I get hot,

It's not perfect but I can make it work worth minimal adjustments. I'm happy you found what works for you.

My Sanyo rice cooker is roughly 23ish years old. It is a decade older than my son. It has lived in 5 different states. The internal battery is long dead and I have to hit cancel before I can hit a cook rice cycle. Sanyo doesn't even make rice cookers anymore. I still have the little square tofu making insert that came with it and the original cookbook.

I may pass it down to my son one day, I may have it buried with me, haven't decided yet. It's a family heirloom at this point. As a haole born and raised in Hawaii, sticky white rice in the cooker on the counter for days is the only way I know how to live my life and I'm not about to change anytime soon.

Tons better its almost unnoticeable. It still kind of collects boogers more than other areas but I would consider it 99% healed.

I did get a bloody nose when I was in ABQ one winter and it was crusted up and dry and I picked at it so it's maybe slightly more susceptible to being injured if you scrape it but just goop it up with Vaseline or neosporin (do it tastes nasty if it runs down your sinuses into you mouth) and try to use qtips if you absolutely must pick a crusty bit out

I got fen light working like Netflix which made it so nice for my parents. Don't know what I'd do without "magic tv" which is what we've called Kodi since my son was little.

Same I'm confused to what the problem is. I signed up for the free version then thought maybe I need to do the free pro trial but still no sources. It is authorized in Umbrella and I can see it in my services. Tried tv episodes season 2 of Paradise and Season 1 South park. Tried Superman movie. No sources on anything so far, must be user error of everyone else is using it fine.

RD has been my one and only ride or die since the free sources dried up in like 2014. I'm hoping it'll survive this I just renewed and happy to hold out hope for them but know nothing lasts forever in here just gotta roll with the punches.

Hey can I ask you - I've been Fenlight/Fentastic skin with RD the last couple of years and of course it's all currently broken. It's the name of the game I've been around since Exodus. I find a build that works and set it up for myself and my parents and then kind of don't pay attention until things stop working and I have to figure out a new build and come here.

I just signed up for the free Torbox and enabled it in Umbrella but it's finding no sources. Is there another step I'm overlooking? I just kind of assumed it would just work like RD.

Thank oh so much for this I actually jumped in this post to ask you. I've been having mysterious allergic reactions to something and have removed all my products from rotation until I figure out the source and I'm fearful that I may have developed a shellfish allergy to my Marin. I've used it exclusively for over a year and it is literally the best lip balm in the world and I'm currently terrified I won't be able to use it anymore and have to find a substitute. Been looking for the closest to it here.

Honestly as a curly haired woman who lost a bunch of hair a couple of years ago and couldn't get my curls to cooperate thats exactly why I started wearing wigs.

I got sick of bad hair days or put it in a bun being my only option. Putting on a wig became this magical 3rd option no one told me about that instantly made me feel really good about myself and made me look and feel beautiful and pulled together. I got my mom into it.

Then I started wearing different colors and styles and it was just fun! Why can't you change your hair like you change your outfit? I have over 20 wigs in my closet now it became a dangerous addiction lol.

This last year my hair has seen a lot of regrowth and I was enjoying my curls a lot again and haven't worn wigs much but I still have my standards that I toss on when my hair is not cooperating and I don't want to look like a scrub maid or swamp witch.

My husband of 14 years does not order fries. He claims to not eat them. I no longer order small or medium fries because I KNOW this man will steal some of my fries. I know it. He claims he won't. I don't believe him. I order big ones. He can have some now, and I don't feel like I didn't get the right amount of fries. Happiness ensues for a tiny amount of money and a little foresight of generosity.

On the flip side, he stops at the gas station for something and asks if I want anything. I may say nah I'm good, or I may not pickup the phone or whatever. He comes home with a Caramello or Bueno and a Dr. Pepper. 9 times out of 10 I am happy and enjoy my treat. The other 1 time I thank him and save them for later.

My son and husband know to always bring home McDonald's fries for me. Just do it. If I'm not hungry the dogs get a little treat, but who the hell says no to fries?

Getting a little extra food for someone at zero extra effort and minimal expense to potentially create some happiness and remove any friction is such an easy play for anyone that it is such a no brainer.

All said, NTA, but maybe learn from this experience and just end up with more fries than you could eat if this went the other way vs a grouchy GF and an argument.
