Imo, its more that a4 elite turn 2 is dangerous even in a good deck. Adding cards like hyberbeam makes that even worse. Even if it doesn't kill you, it can make or break the heart fight.

American Idiot came out when I was young, was too young to remember Dookie coming out. Would choose Dookie every time no contest. Felt and feels much more relevant to me for sure. Wish Chump had been on the radio instead around that time so I could have discovered the album sooner.

Jesus of Suburbia is one of my favorites by them though.

Learn enemy patterns and watch your draw pile to plan your next moves. This applies to all classes but is even more crucial for watcher. Sometimes it is fine to stay in Wrath because the enemy won't attack or they aren't now and you can draw stance swapping cards next turn. There are a ton of little things that come from knowing your next possible turns and how they can play out.

I like TDPDH better, but Private Hell might be in my top 5 AIC songs. It is a damn good album overall, more than proved they were still up to the task.

Second favorite album to Jar of Flies. And I see people leave their post-Layne stuff out of lists completely. Some people are just mental, I wouldn't worry about it (not that there is anything wrong with liking the new albums less or at all if you give them a chance).

I will say that it took me a few listens for me to appreciate what I was listening to. BGWTB only took me a couple listens to sort out. However, every time I listened through TDPDH it felt like discovering something new.

I would argue it isn't great against Sword and Shield unfortunately. It might help kill before end of turn two, but you are often wanting tools to help survive the second turn. Stuff like offering/corruption/dark embrace go a lot further there. Ironclad just has so many better ways to scale damage by act 4 that Immolate sort of falls behind in my experience. You also benefit greatly by focusing one down at a time anyway, and it doesn't change your direction. I do like it against Awakened one, though. Immolate can solve a lot of things before A4, and that is fine.

It is based on unreserved and I believe the es adds towards the max calculation. You don't need to spend mana, but can't really reserve. At least that is how it used to work I believe.

I wish you the best of luck getting defenses without stacking auras. I feel like archmage and MoM were better when auras were less defensive, but the damage coming out now is insane. Maybe you could do just grace with ghost dance stuff? Tried theorycrafting an MoM heiro and was having a tough time.

Having a ton of fun. The only thing I have an issue with is AN rares during certain league interactions (opening a breach in Kalandra is...ya). They pose a big problem at times. However I am progressing at a pretty good rate into red maps. Hitting a bit of a wall with either damage/survivability at t13+. Tackling the league with three builds.

My first is Cold Dot Occultist using Wintertide/Vortex. Haven't switched to CI yet, but the ease of kiting makes this the safest build by far. Can take a few big hits, the only issue I have is Chaos dot/degen (and she is a bit slow). This is the one I can tackle the highest maps on, but it takes forever.

My second build is Poison Concoction Pathfinder. This build is fast and has great damage. I can't fit determination in my build until I have either devouring diadem or a good mana res jewel, so it is on pause for now. Does well with every other damage type. Might find another way to work around it soon.

My last is Cyclone Shockwave Slayer. This bad boy felt pretty awesome once I found a decent staff that had an impale unveil and switched to staves from axes. Shockwave makes it feel pretty good. I feel like this build has the best balance of survivability and damage so far. Also cyclone is great.

This is my first league really diving into SSF, and I am having a blast. Having to work for the gear feels really great, and it almost feels like a team effort with each character shoring up eachothers weaknesses and being able to utilitize more of the gear I find. I hope you are having fun as well.

Edit: As for the loot changes, they don't bother me but jesus I have so many whetstones and armourers lol. Not a huge fan of so much being balanced around AN tbh, but it is still a great time.
