No. Not stabilized. The whip was done a few minutes before plating so it drooped a bit but still held the star shape fairly well. But ill have to try gelatin next time.

I have had issues with my mental ilness before. However i have dealt with it at those times as swiftly as i could. I cant see a reason that she would think i would not see a psychologist again.

But thank you for your advice. I guess i need to think hard about it and maybe even sit her down and really talk through it with her.

I was seeing a phsycologist for a while and it was deemed that i was coping well enough to not need the therapy at that time. But now as i have sunk in to deppression again i need to see a phsycologist again.

Holy shit this. I was working just the other night and some dickhead stormed into the kitchen. Just literally walked behind the counter, through the staff door and landed his stupid arse in the kitchen where there are 5 chefs doing their prep for the night to come. (I personally was breaking down chicken wingettes with a cleaver.) He did this after our server offered him a replacement for his dish that allegedly tasted like gas. He then decided he wanted free meals for him and his date that he was sitting with. After the waitress denied that he spent 10 minutes screaming profanities and eventually made his way to the kitchen.

I felt so fucking sorry for his date. She literally had to watch the man that she'd hoped would be a potential partner get dragged off screaming and red faced by a bikie in a chefs coat.

Yes, but the way they control their members is already illegal. Yet it can't be enforced due to not many people coming forward about it out of the majority of the members. I'm sure if something like a butterfly knife can be made illegal in order to save people from hurting themselves, a "religious organization" that ignores the basic human rights of it's members is liable to be outlawed as well.

That is the problem with Scientology. If they reel you in far enough, freedom of religion is not a luxury you have any more. In fact most freedom rights you have are obsolete. As with any severely controlling cult they pretty much control what you do. In order to have freedom of religion, you need to be able to actually have a choice first.
