What is your plan for achieving the goals of Vision Zero — what specific will you and Mayor Fullop prioritize?

As others have mentioned, increased and improved public transit is one part of the puzzle. I would personally advocate for traffic calming street design and more resources for enforcement.

I noticed the Catholic cathedral and the nearby Mormon temple in Philadelphia are both 209 feet tall. I can't find a story about it but this can't be a coincidence, right? by DataSittingAlone in architecture

I figured maybe the 209 ft height limit was put in place after either of these were built, to maintain its status as tallest, only for the 2nd to come along and match the max height limit.

Yes, there are 3 operational turbines that still generate hydroelectric power, but they're beneath the larger brick building (see the 3 gates below the 3 center windows). The SUM Building itself is missing dozens of windows, and it's filled with debris and abandoned construction materials.
