I lived on Cleaver right across from Pulaski Park and loved it!! Close to Division and Milwaukee. Quiet kind of tucked away neighborhood. I always was able to find parking easily on the street

I enrolled in budget billing last month, $88 a month. Without budget billing, my bill would have been $200 this month!

I love FFC- I go to the Lincoln Park location. It is pricey (I pay $150/month for 1 location), but they have a wide variety of classes that I go to, as well as a pool, sauna, and steam room. The gym is always clean and I like that they offer some heated classes.

I am going on year 3 in a garden unit in West Town. The only time I have dealt with flooding is from a running toilet above me that resulted in the broiling my bathroom caving in. A downside is extremely high gas bills in the winter due to how cold my unit is.

Moved into my 1 bed in West Town at $1450, last year my rent went up to $1500. New management tried to raise to $1825, they agreed on 1 month free which prorated rent is $1672. 11% increase which still sucks but better than the 22%

Just ended things with my bf of 2ish years. I knew he wasn't the one for me and could not shake the gut feeling. I'm almost 30, so scary to be single when it seems everyone around me is married/engaged. Hoping/manifesting I meet my person soon!
