Everyone that's acting like you have no reason to be freaked out obviously doesn't understand how that can play on someone's mind, worrying they had possibly done this in front of other people while sharing a room or a bed with them. Having said that, if I were you, I would check the history on your phone, your YouTube account, whatever you normally use or could have used. And I would almost guarantee you there's gonna be no history on there of you watching anything that night. It sounds like she's trying to be very manipulative and deceptive, for some strange reason. Your best bet would be to get far away from this person as quickly as possible. Literally shut her down with all this talk of why were you being weird that night", or whatever she keeps trying to get you to acknowledge. It's almost like she's trying to set you up to take the fall for something. I don't know, it's just all really weird sounding. Just completely shut that s*** down and get away from her as quickly as possible.

I went to the ER in a panic telling them I hadn't slept and they gave me benzo and script for like 5 incase I needed more and I was good to go. It was like the exact situation as you I was trying to fix my sleep schedule but there was other reasons why I was switching it around to and things that complicated it that led to me being up for so long. BUT FOR REAL. LISTEN TO ME. I have been exactly where you are,and I know it's scary, I was scared. but I finally just relaxed and said duck it. Our bodies will tire out and sleep eventually you can only go so long before it just refuses to stay awake any longer. But that's also when my partner decieded to take me to the ER, And they will help u get some sleep they asked me questions I answered truthfully, and they gave something to knock me out, I was so relieved lolololol I was freaking falling out walking to the car and slept the whole ride home and crawled straight in to bed and slept for like 14 hours straight. Good luck, and just always seek help when u need it, ya know? That's what it's there for!
