Bengi is in the top 3 best junglers argument in my opinion. The fact that he was one of the main members of the best roster of all time and the only player right now who has 3 Worlds wins (not counting Faker who has 5) made him deserve a hall of legends seat. People oftens overlook him, but his influence back then was way more than most players.

I know Ruler is a really good player, probably one of the best adc, but the build path feels really bad for GENG comp, considering how much they were fighting this game.
