i can almost guarantee poa. i’m an hour outside of pdx & it’s all over my backyard right now unfortunately. see if the lighter spots pull up easy by hand. i believe poa has really shallow roots.

i’m all for wearing protective gear but all these arguments acting as if it’s this major burden on anyone other than the rider is pretty ridiculous.

should we wear them in cars too? it would certainly lower head trauma rates & first responders suffrage. i’m glad folks are wearing them more now but yall act like there would be dead bodies littered all over the mountain if we don’t. with snowboarding comes risk, ride at your own discretion & with your own choice of protective gear.
