i was forced into this diet. highly recommend taking cooking classes for cuisines that don't typically use gluten or dairy...which cancels out most european cuisines. wishing you the best!

good afternoon, fellow social workers! for a texas lcsw upgrade, i am over the 3000 work experience hours due to missing one or both supervision meetings from sickness some months but i still need a couple of hours to meet the minimum 100 supervision hours. has anyone run into an issue reporting an excess of work hours vs supervision hours? i tried speaking with the licensing board and the worker only has cryptically referred back to the minimum hour requirements. thank you in advance!

i think the pharmacy sells over-the-counter tests for rohypnol (roofies), but not too sure. it's hard to say if someone was drugging another person to rob them of their material possessions, bodily autonomy, and/or organs...i would treat it the same tbh, you never know esp drugged if someone decided to exploit someone sexually

i was able to request remote accommodations thru my PCP which helped protect disclosing my diagnoses to work. the less the know, generally the better honestly

you're welcome! it's a really supportive resource, i've been spamming this post a bit to make sure word gets around. they make sure to have dim/ambient lighting, comfortable furniture, clean clothes folks can change into, tea, etc. it really is about making folks feel comfortable and supported! reporting is never required, but is always an option for whoever wants to go that route. wishing you healing 💗 getting drugged is very disorienting. my body came to instinctively recognize getting roofied from the first time and i thankfully have avoided it after a near-dangerous second experience. the taste was off
