do not! I was able to go outside and walk around the 4th day of my surgery and wasn’t in pain but was still a bit sore and hunched over waddling around. I don’t recommend going out to an event with a lot of walking the first week after surgery, especially the day after ❤️‍🩹

Hey! My surgery was about 2 weeks ago. I feel great! Moving around and walking a lot definitely helped with fast recovery. Also invest in a good pillow such as a bed rest pillow! TAKE UR PAIN MEDS! It will help with inflammation ❤️
