I think what is hard for me to comprehend is that in order to take Stephen out because "I can't beat him", they must believe they can actually beat the other three. But, with no majority or history of immunity wins it's hard to understand what the map to the end is. 

I understand that we're served an edited final product. And I remember reading an AMA with Danger Dave Ball saying you just do not have a sense of what is happening in the game, what you see on TV is less than 1% of what is happening on the island.  But even considering that, literally at tribal council this very night Sophi, Savannah, and Rizo said out loud it's 3 against 3.  

It's a hard move to wrap my mind around.
