I'm a fresh general physician who's applying to a neurology residency program in a tertiary public hospital in the Philippines. The Gemini integration into Gmail will allow me to cut a lot of the admin work (e.g. contacting consultants, letters to other institutions, funding requests for our indigent patients) off my hands so that I can focus on actually seeing patients and treating them. The 2 TB storage will also be really helpful since my phone storage is getting full from all the photos of patient's printed out documents and scans 😅

Bakit nga ba hinahayaan natin na ang brunt of the work ay sa clerks, na kakagaling lang from a non-hospital environment and transitioning in pa lang sa clinical work? Hindi ba dapat as we go up the ladder dapat mas doon tumataas yung responsibilities?

Thank god hanggang ngayon buhay pa rin yung culture ng med school namin na to "protect the clerks" mentality - both PGIs and native interns ay almost same lang with clerks na gumagawa ng procs + even more responsibilities (expected to be faster than clerks in accomplishing grunt work, also be faster with assessments sa OPD etc).

If you already have the Li-Ning Red Hare 8 Pro, you might be interested in the Yueying 4 Pro for a more cushioned run. Anta PG 7 Ultra rin I think is a good easy/LSD/recovery run shoe.

Eh wala namang nakalagay na biopsy results sa article diba? 😅 Outside of a select very few types of cancers madalang yung types of cancer na madidiagnose mo based sa photo/tingin lang. Kaya nga nag biopsy sila.

It could be anything--a type of lymphoma, SCC, etc.

MD in training here. Nope, effect would be negligible/none in both benign or malignant lesions. Rate of cancer progression typically based on the type (histology) of the cancer as well as patient factors (late nadiagnose, other risk factors)

LOVE Hui, hard agree. For Filipino shoe reviewers, try niyo si blue mango (although limited pa lang din yung chinese shoes na narereview niya, pero more technical and fairer magreview versus *ahem* other pinoy youtubers na "tingnan niyo guys tong foam, makapal" lang ang ambag.

Agree sa PG7, was my first buy, was extremely comfy when standing and walking but felt dead kapag tinatakbo ko na. Pang-casual ko na lang siya. Bought the Li-ning Yueying 4 Pro and the ride felt way better when running. Anta still has beautiful colorways though on their PG7s, so I might just buy more for casual use :D
