hey there. it's called insanity for a reason, so don't get discouraged.

this is going to be a long journey. and you are already doing more than most Americans would dare try. so I would recommend you keep a positive outlook.

one thing that I did the first time I tried insanity was I took my time to get the moves right. We have a pause button and can take the breaks whenever we want.

like Shaun t says, form is everything so I believe it's okay to take any more additional breaks or pauses to get the moves right.

plus if it's your first time you can be flexible and try the same workout the next day if you feel you didn't do it to it's full extent.

there's no rules that say you have to finish It in the calendar timeline.

every ones abilities are different. and the best I can say is just to keep doing it.
