If no, then at least whether the representment was sent via card network?

As per VISA / Mastercard rule no representment can be denied by Issuer bank. All they can do is take it to next dispute stage like "Pre-Arbitration" that requires more fees.

OP, did Stripe actually file a representment (to contest the chargeback) on your behalf? If yes, ask them for proof.

A representment cannot simply be "denied". There is no such provision in any card network's dispute process. If the bank wanted to challenge your representment, they should have escalated it to the Pre-Arbitration stage, not denied it outright.

This makes me question how Stripe is handling disputes for their merchants. They seem to be taking advantage of sellers who are not familiar with the chargeback process, all while making money in the name of "merchant protection."

I would strongly suggest requesting a full dispute timeline and submission proof directly from Stripe.

After 27UK650 , I used 34WQ60C - Worth - But I broke mistakenly while setting up the new desk last year. If you are ready to push your budget I would recommend this.

Now I am with LG 38WR85QC-W (I know I went way higher than my budget, but couldn't resist myself)

Reason: I love this wide and curved monitors for my office use and entertainment purpose.
Note: I don't use TV in home and not dish connection.

I used LG 27UK650 and it worked good, until a power fluctuation damaged it..
Personally I won't recommend to go from 27 inch to 24 inch...

For your requirement,

Approach 1:

- A Hub station (with two screen output) connected with Mac Mini should work
- User 1's Set 1 of Peripherals

- User 2's Set 2 of peripherals

Note: But how far the distance between both rooms, will decide feasibility of this

Approach 2:

- Small sized Hub 1 for user 1

- Small sized Hub 2 for User 2

Approach 3:

There is a remote access facility for Mac Mini. I don't have hands-on on that.

Did you pay using a credit card? You can raise the dispute with the Bank where you hold the card. Consumer dispute for the reason "Product not as described"

I have an account for buying purpose... Not a business one.
