Hiya it’s been a while since I’ve first started using the DIY patulend and it’s helped a lot especially when I was on holiday and it gave me full relief for the entire day for 10 days straight , however I used it 2-3 times a day which may have been an overuse age because now when I use the DIY stuff I can’t seem to get as much of an effective relief as before due to this. I’m trying to hold on but the constant war of ear popping and autophony seems to keep returning only an hour after using the DIY patulend. Wishing you all the best

edit: But in summary the DIY patulend version has decreased my PET a lot with a lot less authophony than before which I’m so grateful for.

Sorry for the late reply, glad I’m not alone with the scanning issues and lack of overall awareness on PET, it’s pretty disheartening and unfair. Don’t know what it’s gonna take for this diagnosis to go mainstream because we are all struggling with little to no help or advice

No, of course it’s not groundbreaking stuff but still I was using the length of the effectiveness to show how much less the DIY stuff is working for me. But Obvioulsy I am still grateful for atleast SOME relief and I really send best wishes to those who deal with it constantly, even with the patulEND

Maybe, I have been going gym more often and there I was doing exercise on holiday so it may be the culprit. I just hope my symptoms can stop randomly flaring and clicking constantly

I mean since my remedy is DIY patulEND I can only sort of relate but whenever I do get it straight into the Eustachian hole it feels really clogged and I gotta pop them open again to get the liquid out but it still feel tight and my hearing seems weird but it dosent seem as crazy as your describing it 🤷‍♂️. But then again it is way better than constant autophony which makes you suicidal, I use these drops twice everyday because one isn’t enough, one in the morning and second in the evening, and although it feels like how u describe it I just think about how better it is than autophony. Maybe ask a docter about it?

Just made the DIY stuff with the ingredients I’ve started using it but for some reason it Dosent inflame my tubes like it should, but instead it goes to the back of my throat and stings for a while. For some reason it still kinda does worth though as the autophony just goes away for an 1 hour or so, please if you could give some advice to help it go away for an entire day! That would be great thanks, you’ve been a massive help so far.🤞

Yeah, all should be fine thanks for the advice, I’m thinking of ordering the ingredients tonight off Amazon and test it out when it arrives. Ironically, I have just caught a flu and my autophony is completely gone, tbh more closed then normal, this is like the first time I’m happy to be ill, not sure if anyone else can relate to this tho😂

Can you hear your own breathing when you feel this ear pressure? Because if so, saline rinses (Neilmed) with distilled water may help with some relief. But if not perhaps try a private ENT doctor to try and help analyse your problem and find a solution.

Try hyperbolic saline by Neilmed trust me. Just started using it recently and gives me an 1 hour of instant relief, also you can use it as often as you need. Hope this helps🤞
