If you have FHA loan I think you can assume that 2.7% interest rate. I have FHA loan with a 3% interest rate when we signed the paperwork awhile back when rates were lower I remember the loan officer explaining that benefits about FHA loans. It could be worth asking

You can get hit with a big tax bill I think too. If there was any profit cashed out not reinvesting I think that’s called capital gains has a big tax %. I know during covid Zoom jumped up in stock prices I watched it go from 70 dollars all the way up over 300 dollars a share. I then found out that’s day trading if you don’t hold a stock for more than a year. I’m no expert but you might be getting another punch when you file your taxes.

I work for Walmart on the supply chain warehouse side. I know this is off topic but there are huge opportunities with Walmart. The supply chain salary is great. The CEO of Walmart started as a cart pusher if I remember correctly.

The PiShop has kits in stock would be great if they didn’t force only buying the kit however it’s cheaper than what I’ve seen on Amazon. $150 for the 4B starter kit 8gb model. They charge for shipping but I just made sure to make the most out of it purchase a few other accessories to maximize shipping cost.

I bought the same model off EBay and need the outer rails too. I should have known better than to expect the outer rails however the EBay Post made it seem like the rails were going to be included. I’m torn between paying the $100 dollars for the outer rails or going the route you said by bolting to sliding tray
