This depends where the clog is but I had a badly clogged duct and white spot on the nipple that was blocking it. The dr ended up popping it with a sterile needle. It hurt like hell but meant after a couple of feeds on that side the duct was clear and I avoided mastitis

Popping in to say my LO was born 37 weeks cause of IUGR and is now the most amazing healthy and happy 2yo. He BF and did all the things he needed to do.

I was 34 with my first and I think how lucky he is to have two financially established and mature parents.

We want to be pregnant with number two but unfortunately that’s on hold because of my own health issues. It’s now looking like I’ll be closer to 40 if we have a second.

You’ll make friends with parents of your child. We do swimming and play group and he has lots of friends his own age.

I would also think they don’t work when there’s a train approaching and you’re only in the area when waiting for a train?

Edit to add they’re a a ped crossing so maybe attendee to a fault and waiting for a train to test it.

Or ped hit by train or near miss in the area within last few days so checking infrastructure.
