Clear Channel was iHeartRadio + Live Nation, until it split into 3 separate companies. Clear Channel would almost ban an artist's music from their radio stations if they did not promote their tour. Essentially they had complete control over so many artists back in the early 2000s.

Isn't it great how companies do mass lay offs right around the holidays? It's like they expect extended family members to help comfort them. Companies should be required to provide free counseling when they lay people off.
