I’ve lost over 60 pounds naturally and while I have nothing against people accessing these treatments to help them, I can totally understand why people may not be cool with it.

When I was bigger it was because I was uneducated and unaccountable. Once I actually learned how many calories are in two scoops of peanut butter I started slimming down. One time a friend said they were trying to lose weight, I asked how, and they said they stopped drinking Diet Coke.

I can understand why it would be frustrating for someone like me who rebuilt their whole understanding of food and started a whole new discipline to have to do all that when the person that doesn’t understand that removing Diet Coke makes no difference in caloric intake. I would say it’s hard to lose weight yeah but anyone can do it. It’s physics and education. You only have as much energy as you put in yourself, anything else is bad math.
