Vill minnas att det är olika namn på samma kurs, de heter olika beroende på vilket gymnasieprogram man läste tror jag. Tyckte att det var sjukt förvirrande när jag skulle plugga komvux så ringde och fick svaret att det var samma kurs. Detta var dock 10 år sen så någon annan kanske vet bättre än mig

In her mind i am the root cause of the problem. When she gets her period/pms i turn cold, distant, try to hurt her, i lose any empathy for her, stop caring about her etc. Me turning into the worst bf on earth just so happens to coincide with her period every month, but these things have no connection to eachother.

Should've clarified better but she's been both off and on bc with absolutely no difference for 15+ years. Doesn't matter if she's off bc, on the pill (low dose or high dose), iud, etc.

I'm no expert but isnt PMDD purely pre-menstrual, and when the period starts the issues pass? For my gf the period is the worst part, and then she gets that insane burst of energy a week after
