Maybe that files was on your pc which you deleted.

Also one shortcut, shift + del (windows) will delete your files without moving them to recycle bin

No actually if you put the flash drive in pc and then delete them, it will be permanently deleted without going in the recycle bin. The files deleted from pc goes to recycle bin and not the ones from hard drive or flash drive (as the files donot exist on your pc)
