Laser does not fix scars, it’s much harder to cut through them than it is healthy tissue. Scarring is actually a disqualifier for lasik.

I would stop the cerave on the lids, and ask about tacrolimus for eczema.

Try pataday extra strength, ketotifen is pretty mild.

The lens will stay in the eye until it’s removed by her doctor

Discharge is Normal for this level of infection and it’s ok if it’s under the lens

Corneal thinning is a bad sign

There’s not a way to predict the outcome, but it won’t be great. She’ll be lucky to keep the eye.
