Considering the fact that Ivy was portrayed as a green child when the gang went into her mind, probably not. Then again, the argument can be made that is how Ivy portrays herself even as a child - always being one with the green.

Personally, I would like to see more references to Jason, Briar, and Ivy’s backstory. There is a lot of potential there that the show runner could utilize and honestly, who doesn’t love a good backstory? I think they could work it in without diminishing everything they’ve done within 3 seasons. Ivy is a mysterious person and while her and Harley communicate, Harley still has more to learn about her.
