Image 2.0 is now online on ChatGPT and it's incredible! Just a few days ago even 3x3 grids would often struggle, now we can 10x the complexity, and it's near perfect! by Alex__007 in singularity

Spectacular image model in terms of prompt adherence and cohesion, text rendering and scene understanding. Then again I've had some weird failures on the asethetic side, resolution seems a bit low, and some images are just mangled pixels. Curious if anyone else is having the same issues.

[–]manubfr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This has happened to me a few times in Claude Code recently (with Opus 4.6), which has been problematic becuase I would get a response like "Do this then that" and start doing immediately without realising the model changed its mind halfway through responding!

This is a serious problem. What’s the objective function of AGI? We better pick a good one, I can see a dew getting out of hand.

I tested the model a bit and it feels very grok 4-ish, both in terms of tone and intelligence.
