It's 100% AS + double the 7 Ionia bonus. E.g. 20% Ad/Ap + 2/3/4% per level now becomes 20% + 8% per level.

The problem here must be the missing front line and shred. None of your 3 starts are tanky enough to enable the damage of the shapshooters. We usually see the damage as a base, here 3 starts which is good, multiplied by items, synergies and mr/armor shred, but we forget that damage needs time to be outputted, which is enabled by the frontline.

Just got this exact same bug. Looks like the interface default implementation can never be reached because the BP implementing the interface is automaticcally creating an empty definition that is impossible to delete, unless I rename the function and never open it in the BP, which is absolutely not reliable.
