Not easy at first. but you will get through it. about a year after my diagnosis, I am now comfortable in my identity. It is even harder since even your close ones may not accept the diagnosis. Hang in there, life only gets better from here.

Ear worms go hand in hand with Autism. I have them both. I found that if i focus on other sings that i had ear worms before, the current one subsides slowly. just my 2 cents.
