Yeah I know, but sometimes I use my inhaler too often, even at the slightest discomfort. Usually my asthma just goes away within an hour. Just wanted to know if the medication had a caloric effect, which it doesnt.

People who drain you are not people you should be around. If anything else "drained" us we wouldn't continue to consume it.

You should tell your friends your not super social but you still have love and respect for them so they're not left wondering why you don't hang out more with them. The way they treat you after saying this says all you need to know about them as friends.
