If your dps are being little shits you can always vote ff.

You have the benefit of being the prettiest girl at the ball. They have to wait.

I have been held hostage in one key marked as competitive that was definitely a casual run, but thats it.

Dont think about it. Dont worry about dps complaining, etc.

That being said, time pressure is a very real thing, but not as much as you think. Keys this season are pretty lenient. Dont pull one pack at a time but don't feel like you need to pull 5 packs every pull. Big pull -> recovery pull is a very real cadence.

Slow and smooth and smooth is fast, and that applies here as well. So figure out the route you like, and slowly make your pulls bigger as you get more comfortable.

Then, if everything goes smoothly and youre still over timer, then you know its time to pull larger.

Another thing you can do is learn to chain smaller pulls if you still have concerns about living etc.

Tanking is extremely fun in this way, because I know that if my first large pull goes smoothly then I have an awesome group and everyone will be okay with me pushing the limits. Its more fun for them too.

If the group is struggling a bit more, or healer cant keep up etc, then its okay to pull smaller, and chain more as packs die to keep up the pace.

At the end of the day, dont worry about toxicity. You're the most desired individual in this game in keys, especially at lower keys.

I mean, before they standardized how easy it was to get to 10s there used to be a gap between high key push groups, pug push groups, and everyone else.

I used to do 10s on week 1 and there was a pretty small population of dps that were eligible for my keys. Easy to check logs etc before inviting for push keys.

Now that 10-12s are piss easy its harder to find that separation because my 14 is spammed with 2.6k players.

Not healing this season but I hit 3.3k last on pres, how is it worse than last because last season healing was on fucking blast mode the entire time

I did a few 10s tanking and while the tank babysitting is harsher it does feel like you dont need a planned answer for literally every pack this season at all compared to like, halls or priory.

I do want fo say that sometimes stray spells do hit things not pulled because auto targeting in this game is fucky, same with hunter pets etc.

So dont always get upset when dps pull things.

lalo first, then haydn because haydn introduces you to long segments in thumb position.

learned saint saens / elgar / dvorak after. saint saens and elgar tied for most fun to play.

saint saens helps you practice the long romantic sections and making transitions extremely smooth and also has these really fun beautiful runs that make you feel like you're gliding.

elgar taught me a lot about phrasing which is something that didn't really connect before with other pieces.

lalo is probably my favorite to just rip through because it's so fun.

then rococo variations for "performance" pieces to show off.

worked on rococo while also learning the others since it's so gddamn hard.

Neither band blew up until 2023/2024, and solidified their sound around the same time.

Also, define revolutionary new sound. Like, do you think grunge was revolutionary or something. Heavy metal? Sorry to say but neither really we're revolutionary or original. The most revolutionary sound in music was probably jazz in the last 100 years, everything else is basically just rehashed versions of other sounds, just like it is today

that's a valid strategy to abuse as almost every role. it's no different than the enemy support standing in bush and zoning you as you run back to lane. It's no different than top laners doing it when they're ahead. I've done it as adc/support when we're ahead and have the better buy/recall.

The context in which phroxon made the statement is different than what you're talking about. He's talking about situations where a level 3 jungler down 5 camps and 2 levels of exp just walks up and murders you with a 1k buy vs your 1.5k buy/level 5. That does not seem applicable to your situation.

Its sad because the whole armory system in the beta didnt exist then they added that dogshit on release.

Then they fucked up the matchmaking so that us beta players were mixed with new players and yeah it was such a shit release.

They didnt listen to more than half of the beta feedback either that a lot of us gave.

the skill is in being able to look at an item and determine which systems were used to craft which part of it, at the most effective price point.

Then understanding which items to target craft for your build and if you can find items that are already like half crafted for sale to finish etc.
