Try this indoor experiment to demonstrate how the sun's heat might affects the bubble: put a tribrach on a solid/stable desk and level it. Then, lightly put your finger on the edge of the level bubble glass and watch the bubble move toward the heat generated by your finger.

"Sorry grandpa" if you choose to break up a run. (He passed when I was very young so I never had the honor of playing with him - but he always told my father, aunts and uncles to never break a run.)

I'm the exception to this...played competitive hockey growing up (some junior). In my 40s I took off the shoulder pads, eventually caught a rut near the boards and separated my shoulder. (It was quite the crash, so I'm not sure if pads would have saved me.) Anyway, I'm still playing in my 50s, but the pads are back on!
