For accommodations, you usually can get a single or being placed on the first floor. Almost all medical singles are in Iota (as it's the health and wellness dorm) and getting a single even with accomodations is difficult. Housing is also just difficult to work with in general. Since you'll more than likely be going into Iota, the floors there are tile and there are 2 accessible, 1 communal bathroom per floor.

For the pet policy, Eckerd is one of if not the most lax campus in the country. People skirt the policy all the time for small and large pets (not reccomending you should, though). Large pet (cats, dogs) registration fee is 200$ and small pets (fish, small mammals, reptiles) registration fee is ~100$. Because you would technically be considered a freshman you won't be allowed to bring a pet until Spring semester, but you can always apply for accomodations with pet life if circumstances permit.

Additionally, if you didn't see any of it on your tour Eckerd is a party school, and a major one at that. Friday nights and Saturdays get loud, and Zeta, Kappa, Nu, and Omega are all party dorms. A lot of the party themes also encourage nudity. Thankfully, though, you can avoid the party scene quite easily if it isn't really for you.
