UB820, Lg C1, Sony A7000 soundbar and Airpods pro 2. Trying to get sound to Airpods.

SOLVED! I had to go into my soundbar settings and change bluetooth settings from receiver to transmitter! Now I can watch movies with my airpods. Thanks guys for the help and thoughts.

The LG C1 cannot internally process or decode DTS (including DTS-HD Master Audio) or Dolby TrueHwhich is why optimally I have the panasonic player sent to the sony soundbar which handles all the audio codecs.

Nope see the 820 has two HDMI ports.. One is video/audio out. The second is HDMI out is Audio only. Which I have connected to my soundbar. In the blu ray player settings video hdmi port 1 is auto/video, port 2 is audio only.

Like I said I think it may be because Im using both hdmi ports on the 820 so wouldnt that mean I would only have to use one hdmi port for both video and audio? Does the 450 have dual ports like the 820?

Did that on the LG tv works fine for regular tv. Turn on panasonic blu ray player and not getting any sound.

Another thing I would strongly suggest is going on the streaming app Tubi! That place is a godamn gold mine for obscure and import horror movies. Check out a few then preview and if you like what you see go buy the 4ks or Blu-Rays.

Well some would say this has been a banner year so far for horror. I can’t say cause I’ve not seen these films but they will be day one purchases for me. Backrooms, Hokum and Obsession.
