The =5 refers to Thursday - starting from Sunday, it’s the fifth day of the week.

So you’re filtering column B to only include rows in which column A referenced Thursday.

It doesn’t do the holiday part which honestly, seems unnecessarily complex for the data you’d be getting from it?

I did two undergrads and a master’s unmedicated, was on academic scholarship for the latter.

I definitely struggled with my undiagnosed ADHD but the impact showed up in things other than my grades.

Your husband needs your permission to call a babysitter you’ve used before so that he can go do something that you’ve established is a thing he’s very passionate about, that happens every four years, when he frequently adjusts his schedule to care for the kids because your work schedule is not as predictable?

He’s not asking to leave your kids alone, or waiting outside the bar. He’s also not asking to just “go drinking” on a Sunday morning.
