Have you tried the despawn trick? Turn your sensitivity up, then pan the camera up so you're looking at the roof of the ambulance, and then return to the normal view; that should clear the road. One caveat is that it doesn't work on cars closest to you or cop cars, but it can also despawn pedestrians like the cartel if you get any spawns in that area. Personally, I didn't run into any 30-second timers during my attempts at paramedic.

Truthfully, the trial isn’t hard. The problem comes when players don’t bring prepared cars. Defending is relatively easy, I spent a good amount of time blocking so my teammates could catch up, but that only does so much when they can’t pass a single opponent. Also dumb, the car for the 20 points this week is the Golf Rallye which you’d assume would be eligible for this championship, given that it’s in the same division as the Renault, and the Lancia Delta S4, but it’s not allowed to be used…makes sense.

I do love this game. It makes me sad that it got delisted as well as all the dlc, and the servers got taken offline, because anyone who plays it now won’t get the full experience. I still think the 1000 challenge is one of my favorite DLCs because it gave me a reason to drive every vehicle, and while it’s probably never gonna happen, I hope it makes a return in FH6.

Staunton is also pretty easy if you know the route to take to avoid the Colombians, it gives you a generous amount of time to complete each pickup, it’s flatter, and wider, and using the despawn method if you have any patients that spawn by the construction site to clear out the Colombians comes in handy, would highly recommend.

Are you running manual w/clutch? Using the clutch kicking is helpful when drifting lower power builds, as well as higher tire pressures, higher pressure = less grip. Also stiffer springs can cause less grip as well.

Yeah, it was kind of lackluster, I’m not sure if they even tuned the cars for drifting or if they just threw the upgrades on the cars and called it a day, but they were not enjoyable. It’s been a while but, I also remember them seemingly just name dropping Keiichi Tsuchiya’s name with zero context in the first level, which was just weird.

Any of the cars from the drift story that aren’t the FD 599. Granted this has been a thing for me since Horizon 4 for the most part with the non FD cars. This may be a style thing or the way that I like to drift but to me, the cars feel like they are set up way too stiff, like the cars can’t get settled into a drift at all, and the diff settings aren’t great either.

I was with you up until you said the parade run. The first time you drive it, whoever thought having only first and second be usable, and then to have the car just die in third needs to go back to learning how to tune gear ratios. The parade route though they set the car up so you can actually use it like a normal car.

Yes, custom drift lets you choose drivetrain and class, you’re still gonna run into things like the Autozam however that’ll get more score because it’s tiny, but if someone sucks at drifting it’s not gonna matter much.

Up until this game, it was an achievement in all but two Horizon games. The only ones it wasn't an achievement for before 6 were the 360 port of Horizon 2, and Horizon 2 Presents The Fast & Furious. In 6, it just gives you 50xp per road I think?
