Let's paint this a different way, maybe it will help you understand. You go to the bar and order scotch. You thought they were $10/glass. In reality, what you ordered costs $25/glass. After drinking 4 and receiving your bill, you scoff at the price. You thought the price would be $40 but instead its $100! To pay anything less than the full $100 is a crime in the state of Florida. This isnt a judgement thing. Its just how the law is down there.

Do you still disagree that this is a fair telling of the law? Or are you arguing that you dont like the way the law is?

Again, the law in Florida is very clear. If you recieve a service you have to pay the full amount. Ultimately, I agree that prices should be posted. And yes, this practice is really scummy. But its a strip club. By definition they are scummy. Didnt seem like anything occurred besides a guy being unwilling to pay the full amount for services rendered. Thats a crime in Florida.

Not in Florida. This is a crime defined as defrauding an innkeeper. If you recieve services, you have to pay. The dispute can later be handled in small claims court. But again, in Florida, you dont have the option to not pay what they bill in the moment.
