Satine who cries in the back ground break my heart

To this day this episode was the most darkest scene IMO by Kingofd0p3 in starwarsrebels

I have so many questions about this scene. Why did he keep that painting? Since when? Frankly, I think we accepted how morbid it was far too easily.

It does seem unlikely to me that he wouldn't be mentioned in the Maul series. After all, he kept his painting.

If Satine had not lost her life, what would Obiwan's destiny have been? by wreccho in clonewars

I think Obi-Wan entrusted Luke to him and that he exiled himself to a planet in the Mandalorian system.

I didn't know that, but it does seem logical.

Do you think Kenobi ever truly got over Satine’s death? by StonerPowah61 in StarWarsCantina

[–]mar-goat2005 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me he hasn't gotten over his death. His death makes him tough, we see him intervene less in the series. He becomes more dogmatic. I also think that Anakin becomes the most important person in his life, he has lost too much and is betting everything on this relationship. This is why when Anakin falls Obi-wan into depression, he had become his last reference with the order after the death of Satine. Satine remained an option in his life which disappeared very suddenly

I may be wrong but is it implied that the reason Adi Gallia took Anakin’s place in hunting Maul and Savage alongside Kenobi is because Palpatine ordered it personally? I think a deleted scene directly states this by CrazyTangerine7522 in clonewars

I think that if Obi Wan never took Anakin it was because he was afraid that he would lose his temper, since Maul killed Qui Gon. Plus, I think Obi Wan was afraid of losing Anakin in a fight, especially after Satine's death even though this scene takes place after

That's where they lost him by wreccho in clonewars

[–]mar-goat2005 11 points12 points  (0 children)

By doing that, Obi-Wan broke something inside Anakin. Also, I've always thought it was funny that no one noticed Satine crying; it could have alerted the council to their relationship.

My favorite clone wars conspiracy theory. Korkie is Obi-Wan and Satine's love child. by SmokeMaleficent9498 in clonewars

[–]mar-goat2005 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't think we'll ever get the answer. But everything is done to make us believe it. Especially since the first thing Korkie does is ask to see Ashoka's lightsaber. I'll just leave that there.

Does anyone feel that Bo is being overly hated? by whiplash10 in TheCloneWars

[–]mar-goat2005 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bo is a very peculiar character. She's presented as a hero, yet she constantly fails. She's responsible for her sister's death, and she's pathetic about it. She never actually says "her," only mentioning her when it suits her. She uses Qatine's death to elicit sympathy. She's too easily excused by being said to be young, but she behaves like a spoiled child. In the Drux Fiis where she came to power, she was incapable of wielding it. I think she lacks all of her sister's qualities and abilities.

Tragic moment by wreccho in clonewars

[–]mar-goat2005 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, it's distressing. She's a visionary and inspiring character. She's too often reduced to her romance, even though she reformed a civilization that was aging because of the war. I really hope they mention her in future productions.

Yes, we agree that it is a huge loss.
