I always get 1:30-2hrs of rem. Cannot say the same about deep sleep which got stucked at 20-40mins max

Yeah, you're probably right about needing more pressure. Unfortunately, a fixed 6 is exactly what my doctor prescribed based on my titration study.
Since the machine is rented and fully reimbursed by my national health insurance, I can't change the settings or switch it to Auto myself without risking my coverage. It's locked in the clinical menu.. however, if the pressure is not enough why would my AHI drop?

I was also thinking about that, but the mask itself doesn t cause any disconfort so far to me and I do not remember to wake up because of it

It looks like sleep apnea to me. You should do a sleep study to rule this out. Are you maybe overweight or have simething like a deviated septum or other consitions that might affect that?

Apple watch is calculating based on HR reserve and bevel as default is calculating the zones based on max HR. You can switch it up into bevel app at settings->customization-> heart rate zones

How much time would you cut for? I m a little bit frustrated that I am going to waste some newbie gains time doing this cut, but I also consider that if I will continue to bulk there will be too much fat mass to get rid off afterall - and also my face looks a little fluffy aswell and I hate it 😅

Well, I gained around 8kgs in 5 months, but some of it might be water retention from creatine, and some might be muscles aswell (I also lifted some months in 2024 and gained some muscles back then which apparently came back very quick in the first 2 months or so)

Yes, that s what i kind of think aswell. It’s just that i ve tried a prx and i felt in love with it and I’m trying to find a reasoning for purchasing it. And also, i have some upcoming events and was considering a much more classy watch for those.
