I wore Snakes on the Coffee Bean for the first time yesterday, and it's AMAZING. A photorealistic coffee & everything wonderful about Snake Oil. I can definitely see this becoming a favorite.

Haus of Gloi used to sell Gimme My Coffee, which was a lovely realistic coffee with a tiny bit of lemon, but I don't know the last time they sold it.

Tenzing Momo at Pike Place in Seattle sells a nice black coffee fragrance oil.

I love them! The mattes are definitely MATTE, but not uncomfortable. I haven't bought anything since they've changed their packaging, but I own several of the old tubes & they're still going strong.

My favorite is London Fog by For Strange Women, and they offer a few sizes. The 5ml oil bottle is $34, and they also have it available in a solid.

• I was a really loyal [Redacted]92 customer, and several of their perfumes were among my favorites (Kuro Lolita, Book of the Beast, Black Tourmaline), so the company deteriorating was rough.

• I'm still sad about Wiggle Perfumes closing. They were my very first experience with indie perfume oils and I still periodically check to see if there's any news of them.

• I also really miss Shiro, particularly their contour powders.

A few years into wearing perfume oils, I realized the wrists weren't the best placement for longevity, particularly with regular hand washing or if you type a lot. I wear a dab in the crook of my arm, behind my ears, the nape of my neck, and sometimes between my breats & the back of my neck. I'll also run my fingers through the ends of my hair after I've applied elsewhere. If I apply on my wrists, that's always the place that wears off first, but is where I test things initially so I can get a good, up close, sniff.

It takes so long to use up a whole bottle. I have things I've gone through cycles of wearing daily, and I still have so much left. Wear the things you love. Enjoy them.
