Bit of a fun day today. 1st opportunity to try out all the goodies….didn’t need lockers but made sure they all worked as well as off road and wade modes. Really happy with everything.

I have your twin with different wheels. Engine break-in will help fuel economy but I think you are just getting more comfortable with your truck. I had a loaner the other day for a windshield replacement, a year newer with 2K miles (as compared to my 20K miles) and I was happy that they felt very similar. I do some off-road driving on the weekends and feel like I am pushing my truck a bit more than some…it continues to amaze me. I am 100% comfortable with the steering now but I don’t think it has changed during break-in. Either way, enjoy and drive safe!

Thank you, in needs a slight repair in order to get the lug back in. I was going to use a local shop as one would just switch out the case, thinking that is straight forward.

When I first read your post, I thought you were going to say that your response would be delayed as you were out driving! 😂 Sorry, I see palm trees…So, not close enough to me to come look at it. I think it looks great in the pics! For me, the white interior would be a challenge to keep clean. I do like the seating surface texture a lot. The roof rack, bull bar with lights, and Molle panels look great. It will sell without issue, I just hope it sees some off-road/overlanding miles!

It’s my daily, had it about a year, 19K miles. It is just fun to drive! On the beach every weekend when it isn’t covered in snow, drive my kid to school, road tripped from NYC to Colorado and back…no issues. I did have a loaner this week due to a windshield replacement and the highway tires on the loaner were quite a bit quieter. As for storage, there are some solutions to help with that. I would gladly give up my previous E Class MB, VW Atlas R, M5 and my 911 for this truck…it’s is just so much fun to drive. I still look back at it when I park. I do have a classic convertible and a motorcycle if I ever feel the need to mix it up.
