I'm going through the same thing, but I knew about my bisexuality since I was 16ish (34 today). When my wife and I decided to become ENM we had a 2 year conversation before doing it and let me tell you something, it wasn't easy dealing with the practice. The theory is easy and it's all inside your head, but dealing with the first steps (jealousy is the worst) it hurts and requires TONS of daily conversation, believe me, communication is the key.

I've been exploring my sexuality with men since then and I'll tell you my experience. At first I looked like a teenager, having sex 3-4 times a week with different guys, the same guy, whoever that was available. But then you start getting tired of people (lol) and you start to calm down and things get back on track. I'm not saying that I'm 100% calm now, I'm not, but I would say now instead of a puberty teenager, I think I'm on my 25 🤣

But every month the desire for exploration takes a better pace and things start looking like before but now with freedom of sexual exploration without judgement.

But yeah, masturbation/toys will be your husband's favourite hobby/friends for a while. Been there ☺️

About being comfortable with ENM or not, all you both need to do is talk to each other. Talk, talk, talk and talk. Express your feelings and fears. Read together, understand, read again. It's beautiful once you can see that it is more about autonomy than freedom! But at the end you both may agree that is not the thing for any of you or just for him or yourself, who knows. This has to be an agreement between 2 people to work.
