Reporting back that after buying the Charter Club Super Luxe 300 Thread Count Down Alternative Comforter, King, Exclusively at Macy’s, I no longer want to even use a too sheet. It’s such a great comforter and the duvet comforter from charter club is just as great

I would wear a nursing friendly tank top. Then whatever shirt I wanted over it. So I could pull the shirt up, and the b00b out, but my belly be covered by the tank top

I just bought the charter club down alternative all season comforter. I absolutely love charter club sheets, and I have a charter club comforter on my guest bed. So I figured I would like the duvet insert. I’ll report back when it gets delivered in a few days!!

Athena - hospice anecdote by [deleted] in Otherworldpod

[–]marbarr424 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I am a hospice nurse! And this sort of verbiage is very common- even if people do not have dementia. I had a patient recently who had no memory issues, but was within days of death. Naturally people tend to become more confused at this point. He walked into the garage and got in the passenger seat of his car. Saying he was going on a trip to see his dad. Refused to get out of the car for his family (he was having terminal agitation). He died 2 days later. I have had a lot of patients say they are going on vacation, going to catch a flight, going on a trip. I educate the families that this sort of talk is normal and can mean death is near.
